Eric really knows his stuff. He sat down with us and ran through several different loan configurations to make the money we had go as far as it could while still having money in our pocket, AND a great rate, AND affordable payments. This being our first home buying experience we had no idea what to expect, how far our money would stretch, etc., and with Eric crunching the numbers for us we came out ahead. I met Eric and he collected all my bills I had been paying on time and did a manual underwrite and I was I my house about 30 days later. He worked so hard, I remember meeting him in Home Depot parking lots getting him receipts he needed. Wasn't easy but right then he did earn my business forever. 10
