I have never been to a "Mail Box Express" before today, and I never write reviews, but felt like I should. I dropped off a prepaid package through DHL there, and the man "helping" me was very rude. He was short with me, and spoke to me as if I were stupid. I did not appreciate his customer service, and think he needs to be corrected on this.

Brought a small package there to be delivered by Speedee, not knowing that Speedee does not deliver small personal packages. When I arrived there was a line but the man behind the desk asked what I needed while he was helping someone else. I told him I wanted to deliver my package via Speedee. I waited my turn. On my turn he took my package and information and told me it would be $38 overnight or $20 2 day. That seemed silly to me because the Speedee website said $10. But I trusted him. I told him 2 day would be fine.

Arrived on a week the current owners were on vacation and the former owner, Jin, was working. I had a very special package to deliver to Japan in a hurry. Jin spent about 40 minutes with me (while helping other customers, too). He carefully wrapped the package I was shipping, a hand made jewelry box, in bubble wrap, made a special tight fitting box for it, then packed that box inside another, lined with bubble wrap, to ensure its safety. The package arrived in Japan 3 days later without a scratch.
