After a ransomware attack with our previous IT company we learned quickly we needed some added support. An IT company that could scale with us. In the early 90s, I got my first computer and not being computer savvy, I needed a lot of help both in setting it up and learning. Vlad Galant, came to my rescue and for many years, I could not thank him and his team for helping when I needed it. I don't know of any PC Help that would be better to use than 911 PC Help. Great, quick and reliable service. Vladimir (owner I believe) was quick to respond to my initial consultation within 1 hour. He provided me the contact to Janos (sorry if wrong spelling) to help me retrieve data from my 10 years old MacBook pro that had a swollen battery. Janos was great! Super friendly and honest. He even waited while I drove to Best Buy to buy an external hard drive even though it was close to his closing time. In the end, Janos was able to retrieve my data. Thank you!

Called a few weeks back to help back up our computers and just do general maintenance. Had used them back in 2013 but forgot about them - in the meantime had hired other tech support guys and just didn't get a great deal from them. I am an attorney in the bay area. I have been practicing for over 15 years and I have hired hundreds of contractors to help with my computer needs. I called about my Acer laptop that is no longer charging. Because it was less then a year old, they suggested I contact Acer since the problem is likely covered under warranty (I honestly didn't think to do so). In the meantime, they checked for availability on parts to solve what was likely the problem, just in case. They were so helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. I ended up not needing their service, as the issue was covered under warranty, but if I ever do need help, I will call them first. They clearly have their long-term customer satisfaction in mind!

My laptop of about 6 years suddenly died a couple days ago and unfortunately I had a lot of important files on there that I could not retrieve. Vlad helped to fix and upgrade my son's PC that he uses for gaming as well as remote learning now in the time of Covid. Vlad and his team are always so responsive in the rare instances when I've needed technical support. Recently I have been training my replacement via Zoom, since it was during the COVID-19 lockdown. Great company with an extremely quick response! I had some printer/scanner/software issues that were interfering with my business and causing me some great embarrassment. I would've paid anything to quickly corrected it. I just showed up at their location with an old (>7 years) non-working laptop. I wanted to repair it but Vladamir gave me really honest feedback.
