How much are your services? All of our services are tailored based the customer's property needs, scope of work and duration of project. We would be more than happy to provide you with a free on site consultation and estimate. When would I receive a bill and how do I pay? Typically with all our maintenance contracts you would receive an invoice on the first of every month.

Andrew’s Property Management was worth every dollar that we spent. They used materials that were already on our property and cut costs. He and his team were able to create a retaining wall with natural stone that we had too.
Professionalism, Timeliness, and Quality are some of the characteristics you can expect from APM.

He is very professional and knowledgeable. When he came out for the estimate, he never tried to talk me into services that I didn’t need.
We worked together to come up with a plan for my overgrown and weed infested garden beds.
The day of the install, he arrived and we reviewed what he would be doing that day and walked me through the process. His prices are very reasonable for the excellent work he does. I am very please with the finished product.
If you are looking for outstanding landscaping, I highly recommended him.

I only needed a load of dirt for now but talked about prices for services. This load of dirt I received didn't have a single stone in it and saved so much time and labor.
Andrew was very honest and explained everything very clear. My only regret is not calling him sooner. I look forward to use him for everything I need in the future.

We had Andrew design and landscape our backyard which includes an inground pool. He was very responsive to initial contact and all communication. He provided a design which took into consideration the closeness of plants to the pool and request for low maintenance plants. His work was exceptional, he showed up when promised and completed the job without interruption. We are having him back to do addditional work and would highly recommend him.
