As a young boy, John worked alongside his father, Don Nanke, learning every facet of home construction. Prior to taking over the family business, John served six years in the Marine Corps. The fourth generation of Nanke Signature Group, Jared studied architecture, and received his education in construction management from Columbia University.

My wife and I were referred to Nanke Signature Group with two other recommendations of companies to interview. We were very impressed with the homes on Nanke's website and eager to meet and see if it would be a good fit. We met with John and Jared for our initial meeting around the end of January of 2018. It was immediately evident that they were very knowledgable, but my wife and I were most impressed with their level of professionalism and the process they offered. After meeting with the two other companies, we knew Nanke was the best fit for our new home.

This was our first experience building a new custom home and we were looking for someone that had unique ideas and out of the box solutions. After interviewing several builders, we picked the Nanke Signature Group. One thing you should realize is you are entering into a marriage that will be ending in hopefully an amicable divorce where you end up with the kid (your house). So, having someone you can work with and at times agree to disagree with is critical to successfully completing the building of a home. It is a huge financial commitment that requires a ton of endless decisions to be made and

My husband and I just finished our new home in Prescott, AZ, and we are so grateful we chose Nanke Signature Group to design and build our home. They were by far the most professional team that we met with, and exceeded our expectations on every level. We've built custom homes in the past, but this was by far the best experience.
