Our clubhouse has a full kitchen, wet bar, multi-level deck, spacious patio that is accessible from the finished lower level of the clubhouse. A sloping walk from the side as well leads you to our patio and generous yard right down to the lake shore.

Services
Bay Point Yacht Club began as an idea of Bill Young, a past Commander of Akron Power Squadron and his friend, Dr. E. K. Huntington, owner of Bay Point property. There were ten men. Each of the men not only shared the desire for a club but also expressed the willingness to contribute both time and energy towards its establishment.
We are a social club centered around the boating lifestyle. Although we are mostly current and former Bay Point Marina members, Bay Point Resort membership is not required to join our club. And while many of us are boat owners, boat ownership is not required to be a BPYC member. We offer social events at our clubhouse throughout the season, and we also coordinate cruises to destinations on Lake Erie and beyond.
As a BPYC member, the clubhouse and property are available for your use. We have a fully-stocked kitchen on the main floor, and full wet bar in the finished lower level. Big-screen TVs are available for you to enjoy watching sports with fellow fans. In addition, restrooms and a washer and dryer are available to club members.
