I had a wonderful experience with this company and I owe all of that to my salesperson, Joshua.
I priced a rug in my area that I wanted cut and bound and it was almost 7k. I decided to do some research and found Carpets in Dalton online. They carried the same brands so, I sent them an email. Joshua quickly responded via email and I then gave hIm a call. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions without making me feel pressured.
Then he gave me the price and well it was HALF the cost for the exact same brand! I thought it may be too good to be true, but Joshua
