I ordered a personalized Christmas stocking the second week of November. A confirmation email was sent to me indicating that estimated ship date was 11/29. I haven't received any communication from them, so I called and the customer service rep said it will not be ready to ship until January. Unacceptable! This is the worst kind of customer service. I immediately canceled my order, and now don't have a personalized stocking for my new daughter-in-law. I will not be ordering from Lillian Vernon ever again.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I placed an order in mid-November; I got an email the next day that the item was backordered and would ship December 10, and that email said they would notify me of any further delays. It is now December 17 and it hasn't shipped (nor did I receive any further emails about the delay). I emailed customer service and got no reply; I then called and the customer service agent was completely dismissive. When I expressed frustration, he argued with me. So here I am having spent $60 on a christmas gift that will not be here by christmas

I've always thought Lillian Vernon had some cute stuff and the quality has always been good. I used to order from them and quit. Now I remember why. I think they are a little overpriced but they've always got some kind of deal. Be aware! It's not a deal at all. I used the best coupon off which was 10% off and $3.99 shipping. I had a 20% off but their shipping is outrageous. Also they charge a $4.99 handling fee on top of the shipping cost. Then they tax your merchandise at the regular price not the 10% off price that you pay and also tax the shipping and handling fee. I live in a

I placed an order and never received an email concerning the mailing of the items. I could not access the information on line using my order number and zip code so called the company. After waiting for a person to pick up for over 30 minutes, it took an addition 17 minutes for my order to be found. I was told that it was shipped and would arrive past the 9 business days that they say it can take to arrive. No one, not even a supervisor could find a tracking number so I again have to wait for another department to contact me. This has been a frustrating experience to say the least. I will NEVER

I am so irritated. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. I ordered my granddaughter a sleeping bag. They had a 20% off code on the website which i entered. But, they also advertised $2.99 shipping over $50.00. I spent $70, so I should have gotten the shipping discount, but instead was charged $26.99 in shipping. That is ridiculous. I went ahead and ordered because I needed to get for granddaughter's birthday and thought I could call and get it straight. But, they informed me that if you use another code, you can't get the shipping deal. They obviously didn't
