Nail fungus has been difficult to treat with success. The only options have been topical and/or oral medication that have shown limited benefit. Now there is a laser treatment for nail fungus which is both safe and effective. Current studies show a benefit in 89% of patient's nails. The laser treatment usually takes a few months before you begin to see healthy nail growth.

Dr. Cooper treats patients of all ages, from small children to seniors. If not treated these conditions may worsen. In most cases, these problems can be successfully treated with the right professional attention. As a Board Certified podiatric surgeon, Dr. Cooper also performs corrective and reconstructive foot surgery, if necessary.
Laser Therapy is the use of specific wavelengths of light to treat painful and debilitating conditions. Most people experience positive results with the recommended course of treatment being 12 sessions. Swelling is greatly reduced and there is a rapid relief of pain. Acute conditions usually subside quickly, typically within one phase of treatments, while chronic conditions can be controlled with regular treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper’s for 12 years. I’ve had several procedures on my feet over this time, most recently PRP injection for a torn tendon and a tear in the fascia of my right foot. The procedure was easy to go through and the recovery as well. I will say that you definitely need to allow 6 months to see the full effect of the injection. I was at first concerned that I wasn’t completely healed but by the 6 month mark was feeling completely pain free and back to my normal activity level. Definitely worth it to not have to go through a surgery under anesthesia with a much longer

As much as it’s no fun to go to the foot Doc. Dr. Cooper is wonderful. I have NEVER had any pain with my procedures She is very intelligent and knows her business. She is also very kind and compassionate. All the staff at Dr. coopers office are wonderful. They know me and makes a big difference to me. I’ve never seen a staff member be anything but nice, and pleasant. Mary pat at the front desk is wonderful to me. I tell all my friends and family to go see Dr. Cooper. And would recommend this practice to everyone.

I came under Dr. Cooper's care for ankle and foot issues I've struggled with for years. The entire staff was professional and patient. Dr. Cooper herself was a great listener and provided thorough and knowledgeable care. The office staff also helped me to sort through any insurance questions I had with ease and clarity. I injured my foot at the beginning of the year and wasn't sure what I had done. I went to my doctor and he tried a few treatments, but couldn't figure out what I had done, so he gave me a referral to see Dr Cooper, and all I can say is wow. She is amazing! She went through everything that was going to do in great detail and if it was something that I had choices on getting done, she took time to explain each option to me with pros and cons for each. She and her staff are wonderful and they will not make you feel like a number. They are very personable and take time to get to know you. God forbid

I’ve seen Dr. Cooper various times over the past few years. I have to say that Dr. Cooper and her staff are second to none.
With her nursing background she explains things VERY well, spares you the “doctor speak” by using words that common people can understand. She genuinely cares about you as a patient - you don’t feel like a number.
Her staff is very well trained and are always friendly and professional. From her medical aides, to the front desk folks, to the billing department - everyone is great at their jobs.
I would recommend Dr. Cooper to anyone needing top notch foot care.
