Technology can easily make one feel defeated if they're unable to manage it well. With the help of the Kotman Team, especially John Baker, we were able to get my Scan Snap up and running. He was extremely courteous and patient, though hunger may have been on his heels, (he was right about to go to lunch when the issue began), I never felt any resentment or impatience grow towards the situation. Not only did he fix the technical issue, but he took the time to walk me through the different configurations so that way I'd be able to recognize what the settings should look like in the future. Our office changed to Kotman a year ago and I think this is the best decision we've ever made during our career.
It is not easy to fine a company with great tech knowledge and also be responsive. Usually you have to wait few days if you need good support.
We were in a complicated transition and a mess with all those programs on server and Kotman inherited whole bunch problems when they took over. They solved every single one and walk everyone through at home remotely and in the office with different demand.
Sitting at home everyone has small or large tech
