Myrel Looper started the family business in 1959 under the name Looper Fence Company, installing commercial and residential fence. In 1978 Lonny Fowler came to work for Myrel and became manager and co-owner of the company. Lonny built Looper into a multi-million dollar business receiving many awards.
Cory Fowler worked for the company on and off growing up until 2006 when he started full time. In 2007 Lonny sold the company to explore different aspects of the trade. In March of 2008 Cory's wife Codi joined the company as office manager. The company grew quickly and soon needed bigger space. With the added space Lonny and Cory decided to start installing fence again as well as access controls.
