I needed plumbing parts. I very stupidly went to home depot and lowes first. I found almost none of what I needed and eventually remembered Fresno ag.
At Fresno ag I found everything I needed with the help of friendly knowledge staff and the prices were better than the big box stores.
From now on when I am doing any DIY project, Fresno ag will be my first and last stop.

Always have that obscure item you need. The employees are always ready and willing to help. We moved to Sacramento, but kids stayed behind. If I need anything to help them, I still go to Fresno Ag. We have Eghmi hardware (Carmichael), same work ethic, not nearly the selection, still decent honest people.

This is a tough one. Cashier's are super friendly. The prices arent super high as they do have a wide range of items and quality items at that. But ... unless they think you're stealing, you WONT get any floor assistance. The employees just look away.. or stand in groups at the BBQ section talking. What's worse, they seem to be management. They overall have awful customer service. Although, if you ask me, I kinda think the bad CS may be related to the race of the customer.

I am maybe biased , they're as old here as I am. My mom and I both shopped there. They gave great unusual home items , not just toilet parts. Unique and affordable. They have a bit better quality than major chains. They're honest abd hardworking people that are helpful and kind . They deserve our local support.

Love this place! I used to be a devotee of Cobbs, but they sold and they have no service, except for rudeness.
Fresno Ag is stellar! They def don't have the availability of a Lowe's or Home Depot, but the people they hire here are so very helpful. Everyone is there to help, they give you great tips and advice.

Had a wonderful experience at this store today. Staff around every corner asking “can I help you?”, never had a question or felt lost looking for my items. Very clean store, clean bathrooms, great stock of everything… will definitely be returning!! And thank you to the gentleman who gave (asked first) my little helpers a treat as we finished our shopping. Wonderful local store, thank you Fresno Ag!

I love this place. The people are friendly, helpful and know their stuff. Their prices may not always be the lowest but the knowledge behind them is worth it. We come here fairly as we just bought a home and are renovating parts and making it ours. Having helpful people around is reassuring and makes it a bit easier.

Home during COVID- one of the COVID unemployed so I had plenty of time on my hands.
I needed a few things for my next project and my normal hardware store didn't have it. Called the other bigbox which also didn't have what I needed. Annoyed, I googled a local hardware store and called Fresno Ag. Took a moment to understand what I was looking for, but "oh yeah, we have those" was the eventual answer so hop into my car and here we go.
Everyone is wearing masks, spots on the floor for distancing, one way entrance and exit, plexiglass for the cashiers and the lady I spoke to

What's not to like?! This store you could get lost in for hours! It has everyday essentials like cleaning products to dog food, to bird seed, to light bulbs to power tools. The staff is always wonderful and eager to help. They are so kind and helpful every time I ask a question. If you've not been here go check it out! It's a great sttore to shop at.

This is my kind of hardware store. Big but not the size of a small town. I'm rarely in need of a hardware store but this is always my first stop and I've always found what I've needed. Today I needed small rods or dowels. Found 'em; might not work for what I need but I found what I was looking for. One of their best assets is their employees. There always seems to be plenty so you just have to take a few steps and you'll run into someone that can help. And the don't make me feel dumb or like I have to think of every possible question I have or they'll take off

Love love love this place! This place has everything you need from the small stuff like plants and mugs to the big things like bbq pits and renovating material. This is my new happy place to get what I need whether its screws or locks or anything u need for the house and garden. The employees here were awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and have good people skills! A unique store with stuff you're just not going to find anywhere else. Well staffed, popcorn, huge hunter, sportsman, ammo, tactical section. Who knew? They even have a section for gold prospecting (panning). Not only do you normally find what you need, you see all kinds of unexpected stuff and it's fun! Free popcorn is a nice touch, too!
