I would give 6/5 stars if I could. Absolute top of the line business! Steve is one of the most professional business men I have ever met. Quality products with quality service. This is what I call a good place to go for stereo equipment and any service. Next time I need anything of the sorts I will never hesitate to give stereo planet a call. Also love the top of the line Ford pickup he drives around, gives great feel to the business.

Super helpful! We inherited wired speakers in our home and I had no idea what equipment we needed to use them. I stopped into the store and they hooked me up with the Amp I needed to power 5 sets of speakers. Took the time to explain the pieces I needed and the parts I already had. Even through in some speaker cable and a free rca cable! Will definitely use them again in the future!

Ran in to see what products they have, was greeted by a very nice mid 20 year old. He was not a salesman but a true audiophile. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they have very high end true audiophile products. If you're the kind of person shopping for a sound bar this isn't a place for you. If you want music, movies and games to sound the way creators wanted you to hear them this is a must on your shopping list. Only downside is they need a bit more home theater products specifically during covid so maybe larger range of bookshelf speakers they will match your towers, more subwoofer options

The Stereo Planet team helped us last year after a flood damaged our theater room. They provided options, with pros and cons/ on the replacement gear as well as provided guidance on upgrading and refreshing the theater components to the most current, high end, system. Jon came out quickly for a plan and an estimate, Jeremy masterfully implemented a mesh wifi network spreading powerful wifi in every nook of my property, and the team is coming back out to finish the TV/AV install as soon as Sonos backlog clears. Real pros, very competitively priced, very customer friendly. Highly recommend.

Stereo Planet and their rep Jordan give excellent customer. My brother in law and I went in the other day and were given the time and consideration I needed to make the right decision on a turntable along with some excellent daydreaming of my future stereo state. This is old school customer service and with the knowledge and expertise to back it up. Customer for life.

Bought some high end audio and got it home. Was thrilled with everything except one piece. The audio guy came out listened to it in my environment and agreed.
Went back to the shop. Brought 2 other options and listened to both and swapped it out for the one I preferred.

Long time coming for this review. Sometimes, as consumers, we settle for less than satisfactory service because that's just the norm nowadays. A sterling exception is Steve and team at Stereo Planet.
Pleasant, knowledgable and amazingly responsive - even years after installation. Ive frequented many audio dealers , and if there is warranty logistics associated with your purchase, you are hurriedly directed to the manufacture to plead your case and hope for an RMA.
I was astonished at the level of service with Steve.
As an example, my tweeter fried 13 months after purchase. Steve , came out

I contacted Stereo Planet with a request to repair some audio equipment for a brand they don't even carry. Jon got some more details about it and did some research, tried to contact the manufacturer to get replacement parts/info. After a week the manufacturer still hasn't responded. It looks like we're out of luck, by no fault of Stereo Planet. I am impressed by the effort Jon put in to try to help out in my unusual situation and I understand this is not a service they typically offer. I'm going to ship this to a repair shop instead, Stereo Planet gave me a couple recommendations there as well

Stereo Planet is my North Star.
This building is in the middle of downtown and is what I use as a navigation guide when lost. Stereo Planet is a local Bend icon. Every time I come here, I use Stereo Planet as a guide for my friends to meet up when we separate.

If I could give Stereo Planet more than 5 stars I would. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but after the exceptional service that I received from Stereo Planet I felt it was the least I could do. We needed repair for a sophisticated home theatre in Medford and was having difficulty finding someone in Southern Oregon that we felt comfortable with. Since we live in Sisters, I decided to reach out to Stereo Planet and it was well worth it. On a scale from 1-10 I would rate them a 10+ in all categories, knowledge, product, service and skill. Rarely you find that level of service... We bought a great receiver from Stereo Planet @Bend and we've decided to get the professional installation with it. The best decision ever! Those guys (Chase was the team leader) are, professional, kind, respectful, answering each question you have and above all they let you feel that your are in the center of what they are doing!
By all means, one of the best services I got for a very long time.
We would definitely go back to them for the rest of our stereo and other sound equipment needs.

When it came time to mount my big @$$ Google TV, I knew myself well enough to know that if I attempted it, there would be blood spilled, vulgarities thrown and hell to pay for afterwards. So, based on a recommendation, I contacted Stereo Planet to help. They sent over Nathan to do the job and he did so quickly, professionally and calmly. Three things that I would not have been capable of achieving. He was a great guy and knew exactly what he was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
