Thank you Lux Rides connecting us to Mario and ET Limousine who were an essential part of one of our best days ever, our daughter's wedding. His timing was perfect picking us up at our house in north Phoenix and delivering us to the Secret Garden. One of the perks of the pristinely clean party bus limo was the opportunity to drink our champagne with 14 family members there and not have to worry about the ride back home. The trips to the venue and back at the end of the night were flawless. Thank you so much and we are looking for a reason to do it again. May need a wine country trip?

We used Lux Rides for our brunch wedding, early yesterday morning and, as you can imagine, I was very anxious that one of our vendors was going to throw off our very strict timeline. Derrick arrived 10 minutes early for our 6:30a pick up time, patiently waited until someone was able to come outside and let him know that we were running about 15 minutes behind, helped my bridesmaids load all of our belongings into the car while I finished my makeup, then got us to the venue quickly and safely. He was professional and kind and the 25 minute car ride was a small reprieve from a wonderful, but chaotic

From the moment I scheduled until drop off it was a win-win. Very pleased from beginning to end! I rented the Mini/Party Bus for an afternoon teen birthday party, which was incredible. Oscar did an excellent job and certainly delivered with cold water for the girls when we returned after one of our stops. I highly recommend this company for your next event or celebration.

I Researched several shuttle services in the Sky Harbor airport area before leaving Honolulu. Most were priced much higher, several did not service the area I was visiting (Prescott Valley). And the reviews for other shuttle services were discouraging.
Lux Rides had the best reviews..
I made the call, spoke with Johnny-very good first impression. Friendly and accommodating. I booked about 2 months in advance, confirmed a day before my flight.
I was met at the airport right on time by the best driver EVER!

Took Lux to and from the airport. Rob and Wolf were both top notch! The rides were both in top shape and they had car seats and boosters ready for us! I think they went out of their way to get them for us because they were brand new. Johnny the owner and contact person was always really quick to respond and be helpful. Text and emails about who was coming to pick us up and contact info was always quick and accurate.

We could not have asked for better service from our experience with LUX. Johnny was quick to get back to me and very helpful as we decided what we needed. Our driver was Elizabeth and she was an absolute delight. We needed the car for transportation to my Mom's funeral service, so it was very important to avoid transportation worries. We were handled with the utmost care and respect and were even provided a listening ear when we would step outside.
