Very professional and they did an excellent job repairing the car. I gave them a hard time about how long it was taking to get parts due to a supply chain issue outside of their control, and they were courteous throughout. Would absolutely use their services again.

The quality of work is good, but poor communication, over promising and under delivering results is why I am never using this place again.
Under Estimated price by ~150%
Originally quoted ~$3,500 then called me one week after dropping off the car saying it will be ~$5,000.
Under Estimated job completion by 2.5 weeks
Before I dropped the car off I called and specifically asked if the car could be ready by a certain date (which was 8 working days). I was told yes it could be ready by then, so I dropped off the car with the expectation that I would only need a rental for about a week.

I received some of the best service I’ve ever received from Williams auto body. I got into a wreck and took my truck here. My truck looks amazing. I was really in a time crunch to get the truck returned. They put in overtime to have my truck done way ahead of schedule. They even kept me updated step by step via text message.

I came in looking to get an estimate for the insurance company. Never going through this process before, I had little knowledge on repair or insurance processes. The service was unmatched, going out of their way to set me up correctly with insurance even if they couldn't do the repairs themselves. I will definitely be doing future business here!

Highly recommend William's body and paint!Dani made sure we were not going to be screwed by the insurance company and she kept in contact with us through the whole process and Jerome made our truck look brand new! I can’t praise the folks at Williams Auto Body & Paint enough. When I moved here two and a half years ago, I had service to the back bumper and tailgate of my truck done. They were one of the first businesses I encountered when I arrived in Colorado Springs, and they set the bar high. Fast forward to last month when I got into a fender bender; USAA told me I could choose my own shop, and I knew who to call right away.
I have been very pleased with the work done on my truck both times now. I would recommend Williams Body & Paint to anyone in the Springs. The staff are all rock stars! The body

I highly recommend Williams Auto Body and Paint! They did an INCREDIBLE job on my car. I was really concerned about the paint matching but once I picked up my car, I was blown away at how perfect it was! Jerome, the owner is very professional and really cares about taking care of his customers. If there are any issues, he is more than happy to make sure you end up being satisfied. In the end, they really lived up to their reputation. They say it's important that you get your vehicle back in pre-accident condition and I feel like I did. Very happy with the results!

The first few pics shows the damages that were done after a massive hail storm. The last pic shows the completed work. Over $15k in damages to my truck. After i gotten my truck back it looked like it never happened. Everything on the right side had to replaced. Along with a new hood and the roof. There was a few more things also. But i am extremely happy. Everything looks perfect and Wayne took care of me and made sure the truck was well taken care off. I also gotten it back before the scheduled date.
