Ran into some real estate problems recently. Went to see Harrison Poole at Poole & Poole. I don't have a local lawyer since I really don't seem to need one very often. Everybody I asked seemed to know and recommend Poole & Poole. They've been around Fernandina forever. They were very helpful and reasonable in their prices. Don't think I would buy or sell any real estate without running it by these guys. Ask around on the island. You'll hear that Poole & Poole is where to go.
