AQ was hired to perform a mold inspection on our property that was up for sale. They registered extremely high numbers and were unable to provide photo proof of the tests with the test was running. We ended up getting a 2nd and 3rd party come through. No abnormal moisture was found and all retested areas where normal/within acceptable ranges. Ultimately, this company cost us 50k because our buyers listened to their report that was totally inaccurate and misrepresented the condition of our home and terminated their contract.

We have known AQ testing company for many years and can honestly say that this is one of the best mold testing companies in the industry. We recently thought we found our dream home in the Katy area. Our inspection revealed some moisture in the walls, so we called AQ Testing based on the stellar reviews. We are relocating from Illinois and were unable to be onsite for the test. The inspector Loren recommended we take more air samples than the standard provided, and thank goodness we did. AQ Testing turned the lab report around the same day, even though it was past 5 pm because they knew we were worried and our option period was ending soon. And the next day, even though they were working a legal job all day, they found time to call

Linda Lauver with A-Q Testing is the most trusted person I can think of to handle the testing and evaluation of water and mold issues. Her protocol in solving the issues are spot on. I know that Linda is honest and will present the information with integrity. As a Realtor, A-Q Testing is my go to source. Their employees are well trained to perform their job and Linda makes sure they know how to speak to everyone they deal with professionally.

We worked with AQ Testing for the house that was flooded during the Harvey. The service was excellent. When we had to work on another house several months later, we promptly called AQ Testing to get their inspection done before we started working on it! Will definitely call again when we need an inspection done!

Our upstairs bathroom flooded and after everything was dried out, we started seeing mold. We weren’t sure who to call, and one of our friends suggested we contact AQ Testing, as he had a positive experience with this company after he had mold issues himself. When we got ahold of AQ Testing, they were very responsive, and came out the next day. Loren came out to our house and did the testing. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After a thorough inspection, he recommended we do testing in the kitchen, utility room and the bathroom. After the testing was done, they found extremely high counts
