Laser engraving is the process of engraving an object using a computer controlled laser beam. We can laser engrave with great precision and detail on a variety of materials including wood, aluminum, brass, chrome, stone, and plastics. Hand engraving is the process of engraving an object using hand tools.
Dye Sublimation is a heat transfer process that can be used to decorate clothing and many promotional items. Sublimation dyes the ink right into the material! This process means that the fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image. Not only great for multi-color designs on fabrics like pictures on shirts, garments, and apparel, sublimation also is used on promotional items, awards, and unique gifts.

I am really sorry to be writing a one star review. In fact, I had kind of decided to just pass on doing any negative reviews while the world deals with Covid, but this time, I can't just let it go, because the owner of the shop really, really let me down.

Took a vase for my dads gravesite to have his information engraved on it. The vase is Silver and they Engrave the information in silver which I know that silver is not going to show on silver I hope they would know to do black ink engraving on it instead of silver. Then on top of that they told me it would take three days to get it done they never called me and I called them and nobody answered left a message didn’t get call back a week later I call again talk to a lady and she said it was ready. Went to pick it up she said I tried to get it to show but I couldn’t . Then she told me there was

The owner, Akasa, does a good job remaining competitive with the online trophy stores. She may not beat their prices every time, but she comes really close and you get local service and local attention to detail.
Honestly, by the time you add in all the up charges and shipping, she's going to be really competitive on prices. And she makes good on her quality every single time.
It's totally worth keeping your trophy business local, when you know you're going to get what you paid for and not be disappointed.

Web and door signs are inaccurate for hours of operation. Order was for my daughter's event, and they closed without any notification of any kind early. When following up, they were out to lunch (had to find out the lunch hour by listening to a phone recording); finally got to speak with the owner later. Not abashed, no consolation, left feeling like it was our fault for not being able to guess when they would be there.

These ladies do an amazing job getting trophies, awards, and medals out for different organizations. I had them engrave names on awards for teacher recognition. I did not really know what I was doing the first time I was asked to run this errand for the school, but Akasa knew what to ask me and told me what to get her to match up the type. She did a wonderful job matching the font so all the name plaques looked the same. Next I plan to have her make a display box for Brad's medals. Will post pix when that is ordered.
