We're a little bit different than some of the players in our industry. Our senior leadership is connected to the work and remains involved and invested once a scope is signed. No matter how fast we continue to grow, that will remain a constant. Clients come to us for many reasons. Product launches and influencer activations.

Messaging strategy and content creation. Crisis communication and media relations. Ultimately, no matter the engagement, we solve a very human problem: Brands want to be known and liked. Creating strong relationships and partnerships within a community doesn't just make a brand successful: it's inherent to survival.
Services
We're fortunate to have a pretty great culture and a team who genuinely enjoys the work and each other. We work hard. Sometimes long hours and weekends. But even in the most exhausting, pressure-packed situations, we keep a sense of humor and a belief that good teams figure it out. And we think we've got this thing figured out with a benefits package that matches up with what matters to our team.
This stands true in our work and client service. You'll always know exactly what you're getting and when you're getting it - and the job's not done until it's well done. We donate our time, talent and treasure to causes we believe in - and help our clients do the same. By working with us, clients become a part of our agency's Be The Good program, which provides scholarships for individuals to do volunteer work around the world.
Be The Good was born out of this passion. In the years since we launched the initiative, we've sent more than 40 people across the globe to enact change and impact the world. The details: We fund around 10 trips per year with the typical scholarship being $1,500 to $2,500.

Our recipients have been to places like Slovenia, the Dominican Republic, Ireland, and Kenya where they've helped kids battling addiction get off the streets and renovated community centers. We encourage our staff members to take part in Be The Good. Each staff member gets up to five days off for a Be The Good trip without it counting against PTO.

Lauren and her team go above and beyond to deliver results for her clients. That, plus the fact that her firm is part of the Public Relations Global Network, which gives her clients the competitive advantage by having locals in markets throughout the globe. Need PR in Nashville? Look no further...
