They took my money 3 weeks ago but haven’t shipped the product. I have emailed from my personal email, and through their website. They don’t respond. I have called their number and they don’t answer. There is no COVID-19 message update on their website, nor does it state they are not shipping orders. Their website is fully operational and clearly their credit card processing service is still accepting money. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $93, and my son is very sad.

UPDATE: Within an hour of placing my review I received a phone call from Alpha Pro Scooters. It was explained to me there were some technical issues causing my order and communications to not alert the staff, thus they didn't know I was trying to reach them. I am very grateful for the folks who called me and I look forward to updating this review with the last 'star' to make it a full 5-star review when we receive our package!

Placed an order on 4/18/20 and paid. Still waiting for product. Have called twice but the phone number just hangs up immediately. Have emailed twice with no response. I wanted to support local business! How can a store accept orders still? Website says "temporarily closed".
Update 5/18 - changed to 4 stars for response from owner - unfortunately they were unaware that their online communication system failed and have since rectified it and reached out to apologize profusely and offer a discount! Good customer service. Will continue to support them. Need to help out our local businesses. Thanks

We had my son's Razor electric scooter in for warranty repairs shortly after purchasing the scooter. They don't answer their phone and claim they prefer to use text. Sometimes there are no employees in the shop. After two weeks of not hearing back from them, we texted (after numerous calls that went unanswered/not returned) only to be informed the "parts were on back order." Then they insisted we take the scooter back and they didn't want to do the warranty repairs. This business was recommended to us by Razor to complete the warranty repairs. They boast they are the only Razor warranty repair
