I’d give a couple of bonus stars if I could, these guys are great. Our washing machine stopped working, so I called on a Tuesday morning to have someone come out. Initially the appointment was scheduled for Thursday, but a little while later they called to say they could get someone out in thirty minutes to have a look
I’ll skip the technical details, but this was a really tricky problem - intermittently the machine would not drain. They came out twice to try to figure it out; then I got a call from Steve (company owner) saying he would like to stop by on his way home from work to try one

I've used Steve Slaton Appliance Repair three times, and each time they did an amazing job fixing what was broken in a timely fashion and within a reasonable price. I also felt that their technicians are pretty knowledgeable about their craft. The most recent technician, David, did a great job fixing my oven.
