Our occupational therapist helps our patients get back on track of their day to day activities when recuperating from an illness or an injury that needs constant medical care attention.

A-Unified Home Health Agency has nursing services that are led by registered nurses who are dedicated to meeting the needs of the patients. Care is coordinated with the physician and is provided in the patient's home. We assign a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess each patient and provide the needed skilled nursing care under the direction of the patient's physician.
Provides short-term counseling services, referral to and coordination with community resources and assistance with living arrangements, finances and long-range planning. Our staff is specially trained to help you in any way possible that would include medical health services. We provide the same level of care as we do for all of our clients and realize that patients requiring this type of service need extra special attention.
