I had a great experience with Greg and Parkside Appraisal Services.

This is the first time I needed the help of an appraiser and so when I called I had a lot of questions. Greg was very patient and helped answer all of them.

He walked me through the whole process and offered me suggestions for what I needed based on my situation and offered me some really valuable money and time saving tips.

My Mom passed away recently and an appraisal is necessary for tax purpose.

As a realtor, I asked fellow realtors for recommendations. Just out of curiosity, I checked Yelp. Came across Parkside Appraisal Services, Inc with five stars. I called Greg who answered the phone in less than three rings.
