Caregivers by WholeCare has over 20 years of knowledge and experience in providing comprehensive in-home and senior care in Nashville and the surrounding areas. Over that time, we've become the go-to choice for area doctors when they need in-home care for their own families. Why? Experience and trust.
Our approach to caregiving involves caring for the whole person-body, mind, and spirit. We hire and train our own caregivers rather than using independent contractors, which is the norm for most-in home care companies. That gives Nashville-area doctors peace-of-mind when hiring an in-home care company.

Services
Caregivers by WholeCare is an in-home care company serving the Nashville market with a decidedly different approach to caregiving. We believe in caring for the whole person rather than simply focusing on medical issues and diagnosis.
We provide many of the same services as other companies including Alzheimer's and Parkinson's care, supplemental hospice care, post-surgery in-home care, companionship, senior transportation, light housekeeping and more. It's our approach to caring for the whole person that sets us apart from other caregiving companies.

Since 1997, Caregivers by WholeCare founder Elizabeth Moss realized there had to be a better option for caregiving. Her extensive experience in nursing, alcohol and drug treatment, and geriatrics has profoundly impacted her philosophy.
She's been a devoted and professional caregiver since 1994 in the areas of Assessment Training, Activities Therapy, Certified Nursing Technician, Licensed Practical Nurse of Geriatrics and Integrative Health Practices such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and other modes of therapeutic care. One thing she found missing was an awareness of caring for the whole person.

WholecareHas great clients but not good Staffing you're not guarantee the hours that your ask for and your hours can be the first time you work for them be 40 hours and in the next month you can be at a 10 hour to 20 hour shift unacceptable
It took them at least month Night shift horrible communication to get back to other staff members
But this job overall will help you get to work I can say that

WholeCare was definitely a great company to work for until I was fired for having to go to the hospital. I had proof that I went to the hospital. I called to tell them I was otw to the hospital and because they heard me laugh, I wasn’t believed and I was terminated upon arrival 🤦🏾♂️
If I am rehire-able I would definitely go back if management has changed.

Caregivers by Wholecare was a great place to work for. The client that I worked with regularly was so awesome. I am unsure if I was terminated? There were some changes made in her care and not many shifts available at the time so we kinda just fell off. They were very flexible with my schedule and honestly since they were SO flexible. I wouldn’t mind doing more shifts every now and again. I sure do miss Jo though!

The service was terrible. I was paying out of pocket for someone to come to my home once a week to help with bathing, and light housekeeping. They never sent the same person three weeks in a row. The fourth caregiver was wonderful, when she didn't show up on her third visit, I called Whole Care and they told me that she was fired. I then called the caregiver directly and she told me she was in a car accident. I asked her if she had been hurt, and she assured me that she may have whiplash, but otherwise she was fine and she intended to return to work next week. I told her that WholeCare told me

We have been working with Wholecare now for over two years caring for our mom at home. This company is professional to work with. Our caregiving team is very good. If there is an issue the company is right on it and try to find the right caregivers for each client. I would recommend Wholecare to any family needing good solid home care for their loved ones.

Very good caregivers for elderly parent. However administrative support is terrible. After repeated requests for information necessary to pursue a claim with our long-term insurance provider, WholeCare has failed to provide standard information for several weeks of service. This failure is preventing evaluation of our claim, causing the loss of payments by insurance company. Can not recommend this company if you expect cooperation with long-term care insurance claims.

I have found Caregivers by WholeCare to be more than the average provider. The values of the company manifest through the ranks into every representative they send. The work of the caregivers is infused with a high esteem for the older adult, and respect for their comfort levels. As a professional in the industry, I recommend this provider regularly!
