On a post construction cleaning, I went to review after they finished. They had missed 70% of the items they listed would be cleaned. Spoke with the office and they were not helpful. They insisted that I point out everything needing cleaning. If it was 2-3 things, that's fine but they missed so many things: entire countertops, doors, fans, etc. So I had to spend 3+ hours pointing at each item, watching them clean, and move on to the next thing. As I was moving in, this is time that I didn't have. Would not recommend.

Wow! From the moment I talked to Ruben on the phone to get Information to the moment they cleaned my house their service was top notch! Ruben and team are very professional and delivered a quality service. I have worked in hotels before and I am a little picky when it comes to cleaning, RCJ uses very good products and the team does impeccable work.

Ruben and his team are awesome. Super responsive, flexible with my Airbnb cleaning schedule, and they always leave the place looking sparkling clean. His team add lots of little touches that make your place stand out and feel like a high-end hotel. And they always come wearing masks. Highly recommended and much more flexible than the half dozen other cleaners we interviewed.

I’ve used RCJ Cleaning Services 3 times and each time they have gone above and beyond any service I have ever used. Everything is touched from inside the oven to under the bed and behind furniture. Blinds and baseboards cleaned each time. They are easy to work with and punctual. Price is by hour which I appreciate. They are not rushing to get in and out to move onto the next job. Rubén sends 3 workers each time and they are here for 2 hours cleaning top to bottom including front porch and porch furniture. Can’t praise them enough!

Ruben and his team are amazing. From the start, communication was awesome and they arrived on time with all supplies needed--they even asked if I had preferences to what products were used in my home. As for the end result? Just wow. My home was spotless--no exaggeration. They went above and beyond and I'm still finding areas they managed to clean and organize (silverware drawer? wow). Their prices are reasonable and you're getting MORE than you pay for, quite frankly. Do not hesitate to hire this crew. Can't wait to have them back.
