All of our monogramming is done in our custom monogram shop in Virginia Beach, Virginia. We're proud to serve our surrounding cities of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton and Newport News. We'll soon be opening an online shop as well that will better serve our customers globally. The ladies here are fantastic! I had a jacket I ordered online and the embroidery done by the the company. It was illegible and if I sent it back to be redone, it wouldn’t be done by Christmas. Luckily, I found Julie’s Etc and they came to the rescue. They completed the embroidery earlier than the promised date, communication was great, and the end result was beautiful. I will definitely refer and will be back for future embroidery needs!!

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years despite living in Chesapeake.
The shop is reasonably priced but it becomes awesome because Julie is very accommodating and very responsive to jobs.

She did some polos for me with the Walmart logo since I couldn't find any that I liked from the company. Everyone at work always asked where they could buy them. Very professional and she didn't over charge me and she gave me a great deal when I brought more.

Good place great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. Although I only had a car towed there so didn't get the full experience but the tow'r was very helpful.
