Unfortunately “Above All Accounting LLC” was a major fiasco for me and my company.
Several errors in our filings caused by Mr. Lockspeiser (the owner) could have easily been avoided by simply being more attentive. His paperwork mistakes costs my company a significant amount of money. Don’t let the cheap cost of his work get the best of you. You’ll pay for it later. You get what you pay for. I learned the hard way; it’s a lesson learned. Don’t let it happen to you.

Jack does BASIC tax stuff ONLY. Other than that steer clear and do not use him to file your LLC’s, or do your business taxes or anything like that. Very slow to return phone calls and emails, he not reliable, often makes mistakes which you will need to correct and he does not keep your updated. Jack is an accountant who charges you as if he were an attorney. He charges you for calling him, and anytime you are on the phone with him for over 10 minutes he will send you a bill. Even if he calls you to discuss your taxes he will charge you for that. Jack misspelled my name on my LLC then charged
