These guys are professionals. Arrive when they say they will arrive and charge what they say they're going to charge. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and will be able to figure out what may be wrong with your system. We had them replace an old well pump and a few days later had an unrelated pressure issue. Steve came back out and fixed what was a faulty check valve still in the old pipes when the house was built. Despite this being outside the task he was originally hired for, he returned promptly and resolved the issue free of charge. Will definitely be going here for any future services. 10

We live on the river. We were getting water in our basement. Hired a plumber - they couldn't figure it out. Had TWO basement companies look at it. One thought they had the solution. Coincidentally, our well pump had to be moved for the work to be completed. Called Steve. He said it would be no problem to come out twice in one day - to move the pump and then replace it. HOWEVER, upon seeing our basement Steve took interest in what was going on with the water. He gave us more insight to the problem than ANY of the plumbers or dry-basement companies. Our water stopped running right after morning showers. We had worked with Johnson Well a long time ago and immediately gave Steve a call and we had water back on before noon! Fast forward to next day and it happened again. Steve came out immediately, found out the pump was worn out and had it replaced within three hours. He credited us the full amount for the previous work and told us exactly what happened. Besides, he is professional, friendly and not afraid to work! Thanks !

Once again, a Saturday emergency -- no water. Called just before 8:00 a.m., said he'd be along in a couple hours, and he was. New pump for our well was needed, which he installed -- was done by 1:30. For absolutely anything relating to our well, we always call Johnson, and we are always well served. Thanks, Steve.

I am a mechanical contractor and the well pump went out at my house. I was in the middle of a shower and the water just shut off. I called Johnson Well Drilling and explained my problem. I am having some medical issues in my family so I did not have any extra cash for this. Steve explained the process to to me and walked me through it step by step to replace my pump myself. My pump is replaced and I now have water again. Bottom line is I did not even hire them for the job or pay them a dime and they were happy to help. That shows the kind of integrity this company has. I would give them 10 stars

Great customer service by owner and his crew. Very helpful and kind. Excellent work, efficient snd conciderate of my landscaping and yard. Would recommend in a heart beat. Steve, the owner came out 2 times to help us restore water with old well, and did not charge us. Ofcourse, we called Johnson Well Drilling when we finally are able to get a new well!

The Best Around. Answered phone call on second ring. Brief information and scheduled appointment, showed up on time with 5 minutes to spare. Diagnosis problem with in 5 minutes, had part on truck, fixed problem within about same time. Everything back to normal and we have Water again,Yes!

Hired a plumber to work on my well tank and he failed to install it correctly. I called Johnsons on a Sunday morning and they talked me through it. I had them come and checked it out and they discovered the error right away. I learned my lesson call the right professionals for the job, its cheaper in the long run with less aggravation.
