We needed help to relocate security camera hookup to different wall and Ron came out the very next day. He did a phenomenal job, was very knowledgeable, and more than accommodating with service he provided. Even went above and beyond with cable hookup help too. Ron showed up to survey my property and give me an estimate. He left and promised to send the estimate via email that evening. I did not receive any response after repeated attempts over multiple weeks at contacting this company for the estimate. Initially I was looking forward to hiring Elite Alarms for the job, a large job that would have likely cost multiple thousands of dollars; however after experiencing first-hand their irresponsible and poor work ethic, I would dissuade anyone from entering into any sort of agreement with this company.
