Hardwood Direct recently installed new H2ome flooring in multiple rooms and did an amazing job! They worked very well with us to accommodate the time frame we hoped for (around other jobs), were very neat and professional (we had just painted and they didn’t leave a mark on the walls or trim), and did an amazing job installing the floors. Hardwood Direct was excellent from start to finish. With their well-stocked showroom, generous policy for borrowing samples, and thorough knowledge of every product, we were able to select a wood that we love! John and Tom worked seamlessly to get our project scheduled very quickly, moving things around to accommodate our vacation plans. The team did great. We had a new construction home and chose to get everything standard in efforts of getting to pick hardwood other than Bruce, (what the builder offers).
The team did great in installing everything and being tidy. The only downfall was that we were scheduled for 3 days but they left early Sunday and pushed it out until Monday-Tuesday. So it lasted a bit longer, and we had to rearrange our schedule. So make sure you take a few days extra just in case, if not at the very least to just enjoy the floors.

We could not be more pleased with the job from Hardwood Direct. John took on the job of converting our stairs from carpet to hardwood. Unfortunately, the builder had left many surprises under the carpet when the house was built 13 years ago, that John had to correct to make sure the job was done correctly. We could not be more satisfied with the final result. Great honest people doing a great job with results as they had promised. What a refreshing concept!
