It's that time of year again! Kids are returning to their normal routines, school is back in session and summer is in the rearview mirror. The Huff Group wants to show its appreciation to two lucky elementary school classrooms and teachers. Not sure about the rest of the team but we had a very concerning experience with BRYAN HUFF, CEO HUFF GROUP. We were helping my brother in law with a recent purchase. As if the market wasn't bad enough for buyers, you have a listing agent like this TEAM LEAD doing things that may be SHADY with a hint of uncertain LEGALITY not to mention IMMORAL.
Like others, there was an escalation clause on the table and we were likely among the upper echelon of contenders. At first we took Bryan's word that things had escalated as expected. Then Bryan tried to play the jedi mind trick with our agent by saying

Bryan and Veronica made the process of buying a home very easy. She stayed up late on numerous occasions typing and submitting offers trying to seal deals in a market where houses would sell for way over asking price. Veronica would hustle to show several houses in the same night driving back and forth across state lines. She was definitely in it for Us.
