Rick is the Founding Partner of Hogan & Vandenberg's Wilmington office. His first contact with immigration law was through John Vandenberg when they were attending law school together. His passion for this field comes from the opportunity to help families get established here in the United States. His practice focuses on business, investor, and family immigration.
John is the Managing Partner of Hogan & Vandenberg. His interest in immigration stems from his first trip abroad, during a mission with the U.S. Navy. Back in the United States, he was originally going to pursue international law but decided to specialize in immigration law during a summer job at the Villanova Clinic for Asylum, Refugee, and Emigrant Services.
Elisabeth specializes in Deportation Defense and litigation involving Asylum and Cancellation of Removal cases. She first encountered the opportunity to work on a few immigration cases while working as an intern during law school. During her time as a law clerk at Hogan & Vandenberg, she developed her immigration law experience.
Marwan is a dedicated attorney with vast experience in different fields of study, such as business, tax law, and marketing. Coming from a family of attorneys overseas, he is well-versed in the responsibilities of legal practice and has the qualifications to succeed in immigration law. Marwan focuses his work on corporate clients and possesses extensive knowledge in immigration law.
