Owner and President Randall West founded West Climate Control, Inc. in 1995. Randy is a graduate of The Detroit Engineering Institute and has over 40 years of experience in the HVACR industry.

Temperature control can be achieved by your furnace or air conditioner. Your thermostat controls the precision of the temperature by "anticipating" when to turn the heat or cool on and off. Newer digital thermostats are better at maintaining temperature within a 1-3° range. Older style thermostats usually let the temperature swing a little more.

Great customer service!
My furnace went out, they put me in front of some routine calls to get my furnace working right away. They didn’t charge any extra fir an emergency call either.
I had asked a question about an issue and they settled that immediately.
I live 4 hours away from my vacation home and it’s nice to know that you can trust a company and not feel like you’ve been taken advantage of.
I highly recommend them.

The West motto as shown on their website is "Service Like it Should Be." We can attest to the fact that they live by their motto. Recently we were out of the country when we received a message from our temperature alarm saying the house temperature was below limits (and falling). Temperature that day was in the single digits. The West service tech reported that none of the appliances in the house were receiving gas from the meter. Since it would have been difficult for us to contact DTE from outside the U.S., Christine offered to contact them for us. She kept us up to date on her progress and after
