Services
Laura Preshong offers Free Continental U.S. Shipping on all of your online purchases! Engagement rings and wedding bands are shipped complimentary FedEx Express (2 to 3 business days) with a direct signature required and replacement insurance provided. You will receive an email prior to your order being shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
Appointment types available are 45 minutes for Engagement Ring Consultations, 30 minutes for Wedding Band or Virtual Appointments, 20 minutes for Jewelry Shopping(earrings, bracelets, necklaces), or 15 minutes for an Order or Re-size/Repair Pick-up, Drop-off or Telephone Consultations. We do have every ring style we offer in our showroom to try on, but not in every shape, or size of center stone or metal color available for purchase.
The first step is the custom design. Send us your inspiration in the form of photographs, or sketches and have in mind your desired budget and materials choices. Our expert jewelry designers are here to help with every step of the design, to answer all of your questions and provide a quote. Once the custom design direction is established, we create design sketches using 3D design software called CAD.
Choose a setting that matches the style and lifestyle of the wearer, we have a large variety of Solitaire, Side Stone, and Halo ring designs for you to pick from. Then decide on the metal type and finger size, all of our rings are available in 14K Recycled Royal Yellow Gold, Rose Gold, White Gold or Platinum 950.
Our in house diamond appointments are designed to allow our clients the opportunity to view and compare diamonds or gemstones in person before purchasing. Diamond viewings are held in our Boston showroom(or virtually) during regular business hours and are scheduled by the showroom usually after your initial consultation.

I ordered my ring a little under a month ago, and received it about a week before estimated. Beautiful, delicate engagement rings that had exactly what I was looking for! I didn't want any of the designs from the big box jewelers, they all felt too overdone. Laura's designs are stunning and unique. We felt so good shopping here - not only because it has ethically-sourced jewelry, but also because the atmosphere was so friendly and helpful! This place is amazing. The owner and staff are lovely, patient, and extremely helpful from the beginning. I love their delicate, subtle style of bands/settings - the diamonds don't stick way up but rather sit low to the hand which I love. We designed the perfect ring, and they did such a wonderful job! I can't say enough about how great an experience it was working with Laura Preshong and her staff on an engagement ring for my now fiance! This was the second place we visited ring shopping together and felt like it was a great fit right away. I first heard about Laura Preshong because my daughter’s best friend had gotten her engagement ring there. The ring was beautiful, so I decided to stop into the store earlier this year when I was in Boston for work. I immediately loved the space and the pieces were stunning!
