SWFL Seal Coating was founded in 1999. Since then we have become a company that has grown phenomenally due to the outstanding reputation we have acquired. Our main goal has always been to provide our clients with a fast problem-solving solution that provided them with long-term value. Our President David Pruskauer was trained under the watchful eye of a foreman who spent his days paving most of the NASCAR tracks throughout the U.S.
Southwest Florida Sealcoating has now become a product distributor for SealMaster supplying all of your sealcoating needs. We carry bulk poly modified master sealant PMM as well as SealMaster coaltar. ServinG florida in The Following Areas: Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel Island, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Punta Gorda, and Port Charlotte.

Our company hired Southwest Florida Sealcoating to add a handicap parking spot to a multi-family rental building. The employee o did the job was professional and although it took him a while to complete the job it was done very well. We paid 1/2 upfront and when they asked for the 2nd payment they sent an invoice showing the FULL amount still due for which our bookkeeper inadvertently paid, therefore, overpaying by 1/2. We contacted the office right away AND the employee who performed the service has even been trying to get the over payment sent back to us. Te office literally told the Owner of

They signed contract to do 2 spray coats but in tight areas they brushed it on and did just one. When guest ironed they said it is a heavier coat and counts as two spray coats. We disputed it but their response was to threaten to put a lien on the condo association. We have a unit in the sales process and that would have caused an issue so we had no option at the moment. We picked them because of the high rating at the time. So just a warning if you have an area where it cannot be sprayed easy be very careful

I had to get my parking lot sealed in cape Coral. the owner didn't give me the lowest quote out of all the companies but I felt assured speaking with him that he would do the work as agreed upon. We met and he discussed with me how and when he'd do what sections of the my parking lot. his crew came the days we discussed and did an amazing job. I can't believe how good it looks. He exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyonep. you won't find someone with better quality work.

They were very professional .when I first called I spoke with the owner who came out immediately to give me a qoute.compared to the qoute everyone else gave it was a really good price. After he quoted me he a gave me an exact date which the project would be complete.sure enough the date he said they would start and finish were perfect.i would recommend southwest Florida sealcoating to anyone who needs asphalt ,sealcoating, and all other parking lot related repairs.
