Bellamy added a master bedroom, master bathroom, and walk in closet onto my parent’s house in 2006. All of the construction they did is now absolutely falling apart. The walls are wet and moldy from water leakage and the roof leaks. The doors don’t fully close and most of the windows no longer open. The bathtub doesn’t drain and the sinks clogged up so bad that they had to call in someone else to fix them. He said there was so much putty in the pipes that there was nowhere for the water to drain. They also tricked my parents into re-contracting to get around them not meeting the time completion
