I reached out on Yelp for quotes for my tv mounting install project. Journey A\V was responsive and priced reasonably. Was able to make an appointment with no hassles on the day I wanted.
Jason showed up on time and ready for the install. Took about an hour or so and was very happy with how it turned out.

Superb work and excellent communication, though most of the back and forth was primarily in the yelp app. That being said, Alejandro was super responsive to my original query and he provided a price that was fair and accurate. He mounted an enormous TV (86") and provided the sturdy mount at just $99 more. He also built and mounted a shelf below the TV to hold the cable box etc. Highly recommended!

What can I say- I wish I can give more than 5 stars. Called Alex on a Tuesday and was able to get a quick appt for tv install next day. Alex showed up on time and was polite and professional, TV was hung with all wires hidden in the wall within 1hour 30 mins. Looks awesome!!! Highly highly recommend for all your A/V needs!

I was so impressed with Journey AV. I needed a TV mounted on a concrete wall on my outdoor lanai and I wanted the wires concealed. Alejandro and Jason were amazing! Alejandro did a fantastic job installing my Home Theater Direct Whole House Audio system that included 23 ceiling speakers with several wall controls and what seemed like miles of speaker cable.
Installed 4 PoE IP security cameras on the 4 corners of my house.
Installed additional Ethernet cables from of office to TV's in different rooms.
It was a lot of work but he finished it in just over 2 days.
He was very professional and made very good recommendations / suggestions.
I high recommend him and have recommended him to friends.

Alex was terrific to work with. He was free a few minutes before our agreed upon time so asked he could go ahead and complete the job. He did a terrific job mounting my TV and it's looks great.
Alex left and I was having issues with a cable wire as it turned out. He did not complain about having to come back over to replace the wire with a brand new one. Awesome customer service. Will use him again when the need arises.

I am let's say "technology challenged" I asked what I'm sure was a "dumb" question. Got an immediate response. Sold - same day service available - Sold - professional service men who provided an eta of arrival and were right on time SOLD!
It gets better! TV was mounted above a fireplace while I was working from home in another room. I didn't noticed

What can I say that others haven't...hmm, nothing. Alejandro is the bomb, straight baller. Dude shows up within an hour of me talking to him through Yelp. Couldn't have been more pleased. He's everything you look for in a tech--professional, knowledgeable, great communicator---and, most importantly, he cleans up after himself. We had him mount two TVs 40/50" in our house and we are having him back in May to mount one by the pool. Book with extreme confidence.
