Worst customer service ever!
Don't speak to Lorenzo on the phone. He might forget to confirm a reservation and then blame the customer because he didn't remember a phone conversation at which we also had an email confirmation that he said he had. We called the day before just to double check and confirm our slide would be delivered in the morning and nope. Our slide was given away to someone else. So much for ever renting from here again. This is my opinion of course since that's the word he chose to use and would not even admit that he messed up our order.

We rented a bounce house for a party we were having. The bounce house was awesome! The kids and adults had a blast! The price of the bounce house was extremely reasonably. Their online ordering system was super easy to use. The gentleman who set up and took down the bounce house was fast, efficient and extremely nice. Highly recommended.
