We have all our own crews who have mostly been with us since the beginning. We rarely subcontract out in order to keep our quality control at its highest. Each crew has a Foreman who is in charge of the project at all times and will work directly with the homeowner as needed. Initial designs, scope of work, quotes and material selections and purchasing are the responsibility of Graham Smith (project construction manager and designer).

We took this pretty standard 90's builders grade master bathroom and turned it into an exciting retreat for the proud owners! We removed the old. Don't you just love America!
We LOVED working on this large kitchen remodel! The old oak cabinets we removed, and we also took out a wall section to allow more space for the. Probably one of the most complex construction projects we have ever done, this massive kitchen/den remodel involved demolishing the old kitchen and. We demolished this 90's kitchen and also removed some wall structures to open up the space.

Millwood Remodeling has done fantastic work in our home three times in the last 10 years! They remodeled our kitchen, primary bath, and most recently did a major remodel with new hardwood flooring, carpet, crown moulding, and interior painting. It feels like a new house! Millwood does high quality work and their crews are very respectful of our space. All work is to contract and they spend a lot of time with clients up front making sure they know exactly what we want. If issues arise, they are quick and creative with solutions. I highly recommend Millwood Remodeling. They remodeled our entire home. They were on budget, and very important to us that was over about a five month period of remodeling, someone from their crew was here virtually every day (along with a few Saturdays). They were careful, the managers checked in almost daily with on-site visits, and had outstanding ideas for colors, flooring samples ... everything. I wouldn't even bother with calling anyone else for a remodel.
