The staff here went above and beyond for my project. I am so grateful.

I always find the most unique, quality gifts at Gilson's. The option to personalize presents for others (and myself!) with names or monograms makes them all the more special and appreciated. The ladies who work there are very personable and helpful. My visits are always most enjoyable.

The team (especially Maggie) was very helpful in assisting my selection of an engraved gift. Even highlighted the sales options to fit my budget. It was such a personal touch. Found a really great solution for senior sports team gift and I knew it would turn out great rather than taking a risk with an on-line engraving order.

My grandmother, Grace Swann, died recently and to remember her I bought tiny origami swan necklaces for my sister, my cousin and myself. I wanted to get her first name engraved on the back and several stores told me they were too small/oddly shaped, but one jewelry store directed me too Gilson's. Not only were they willing to do it, they did an awesome job, too! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

Gilson's was a joy to work with. I contacted them on Monday to have 5 custom engraved awards designed and done before the end of the week. I waited until the last minute and as a first time customer they could have very easily said this expedited turn around time was not possible. Their follow up was fantastic and the process was as simple as 5 or 6 emails. It is a busy time of the year for them and they turned the awards around in 4 days so we had them for our party on Saturday. Susan and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We will definitely use them again next year!
