I was referred to by my pool company to Kenneth Raggucci. I scheduled a pool installation three months ago, and when my date came. I reached out to confirm my installation, he stated he will be at my residence between 12-2 the next day. The next day came 4:00 PM and no call no text nothing to confirm if he was still coming. I tried to contact him, he then texts me he will still be coming. Never came, never texted to make me aware, never called me . I called over a few times, he never made me aware that he was not coming, i’ve then had to reach out again the next morning so I asked if he was going
