I had a pretty difficult last minute request - 15 blinds in a record timeframe - that Leon, Simon and team were able to accommodate and reliably deliver on with a very fair price and good reliability. Measurements were perfect, installation was fast, product is good quality, everything was great. Definitely recommend their work.

We needed to service our three Levelor blinds in the living room that we bought at Lowe's about 3 years ago. Leon at Reliance was one of the few on Yelp that was happy to help. They came out in a few days and took down the blinds to send to the manufacturer.
I got a call in a few weeks that the manufacturer will send out brand new blinds (vs. fixing them) and I was happy to pay the additional $200 for brand new blinds. These blinds are newer models that's also lighter and seems to operate more smoothly. A nice upgrade!

Leon was a big help in repairing one set of large window format Hunter-Douglas honeycomb blinds that broke from overuse. From Leon making a personal visit to collect the blinds, shipping them to the manufacturer, and reinstallation, the total turnaround time was a quick two weeks and there were no hiccups along the way! A very reliable and affordable blind repair shop.

Service has been great, communication stellar, and costs were in line with expectations within 5-10%. I asked our handyman and my contractor father how to fix our blinds and they both recommended and expert, and I'd say that we got that. Project isn't done; just waiting for final install, but 99% is done and we'll definitely use the company again if the need arises.

When we bought our new house, the shutters were seriously outdated, but I had no idea where to go for new ones. I'm so glad I found out about Reliance Blinds! I was referred to Reliance Blinds from one of their past happy customers. I was looking for blinds for my apartment in Burlingame. The windows in my place included sliding doors as well as standard windows. When a rep from Reliance came over, he had a massive collection of samples and books. With recommendations from Reliance, we were able to select the colors and types (Hunter Douglas) of blinds fairly quickly. It took a couple of weeks for the order to go through. We were very impressed with the quality of service provided by Reliance Blinds. They were friendly and on-time and did the job professionally. The initial reason we decided to get new blinds was for safety -- I found out that the old cords can be hazardous for children. Since we have a couple of little kiddos running around, we wanted to eliminate all risk and get cordless blinds. I'm very pleased with how they look.
