CNP Technologies is currently looking to hire a full-time Network Systems Engineer.
CNP Technologies uses a remote support agent to securely connect to our customers' servers and pc's to perform diagnostics and troubleshoot technical issues. Please be sure you have already spoken with a CNP Engineer prior to joining a support session. Support engineers are available for chat between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday.

Employees at CNP have always been very professional, and knowledgeable, overall it's been a great experience to have them as our ShoreTel vendor. We are a longstanding (15 yrs), and a very satisfied CNP Technologies customer. They played a crucial role in the selection, deployment, and occasional upgrades of our IP Telephony solution - ShoreTel. In 2015 they also assisted in the acquisition and deployment of a VMware Cluster and SAN. Both solutions were competitively priced, and very professionally configured and deployed. As an IT administrator in a two-person department, supporting seventy-five employees and the infrastructure of three locations can be quite taxing.
