She, her husband (Terry), and their 2 boys (Corwin and Wesley) live in Georgetown, where Terry works as a faculty member at Georgetown College. Natalie enjoys taking care of her family, staying active, and seeking new crafts and recipes when time permits. Nathan joined Clear Title in September of 2016, with many years of experience in banking/accounting and customer service.

The property title, which defines who has legal ownership of a home, might not contain all of the updated information about liens on the property. Clear Title has been extremely helpful through several closings. They are great with communication and go the extra mile to try and work out problems. I've had a couple of properties with really messy title backgrounds, and again, they have gone out of their way every time. I live out of state, and it is hard to know who to trust and work on your behalf to get things done. They have been able to help in several different counties around the state as well.

My husband and I used clear title October 2016. The day we had our closing another couple had closing before us and they received our paperwork. The paperwork they received had all my husbands personal information including his social security number(which was on many of the papers they received). Use caution when using this company!!!!
