I drive truck in Redding California FOR 38 years now. On Thursday morning at 2:15 AM on highway 99 south just south of Los Molinas myself and two other of our company trucks were headed south. An HSD truck heading south at a high rate of speed got right on the last trucks stinger within ten feet swerving over the center line , driving lights and high beams on. This is two lane road I might add. He finally passed about 70 MPH and got right up on my tail doing the same. We were all traveling 60 mph. He did the same to me passing wildly. Then got up on our lead truck riding him and passed him in blind
