First located on Whitfield Avenue in Savannah, Elmgren's Services grew leaps and bounds thanks to great, life-long friends and customers living at The Landings. In 2003, Elmgren's relocated to Richmond Hill, GA and never looked back. The relaxed atmosphere and quaint personality of this southern town was very attractive, not to mention the community in general.

Typically Long-leaf or slash pine straw can be picked up at the Garden Center, or delivered (additional fee) with a minimum order of 30 bales in Richmond Hill, GA (South Bryan County). I was trying to get a Friday order of centipede sod at another local nursery for the entire month of August to no prevail. I then called Elmgren's on a Wednesday and had a pallet of beautiful centipede sod by Friday at 3 PM. They went out of their way helping my dad and I load it on our little trailer. Highly recommend!

I placed an order for grass 6 days in advance. Showed up the date scheduled for pick up and waited 6 hours, until 3 in the afternoon, for it to be available. It was never communicated that it wouldn't be ready until towards the end of the day. We live a good 40 miles outside of the delivery range so we literally had to kill time waiting for unknown time that the grass would arrive. We paid for 2 pallets of st. Augustine grass. We got all the way home and started laying the grass to find out that it was centipede given to us. Fed up with this company already we didn't even bother calling to get

We had Elmgren's build us a retaining wall and fire pit in the back yard, and we couldn't be happier. Greg, the office staff, and the workers were all incredibly professional, nice, and helpful. Greg really knows his stuff, and kept us in the loop with every aspect of the project. He was able to come out and give us an estimate and great advice the same day we went in, and he started the work as soon as we made our final decisions. I highly recommend Elmgren's, and we will definitely be back for more work.
