Gibraltar Home Health Services is an agency specializing in geriatric and pediatric home care. Our nursing staff works hand-in-hand with patients and family members to assess, prepare and interpret a patient's individual care plan. At Gibraltar, we help patients with physical and mental limitations to achieve their primary goals, maintaining their wellness and independence.
Our patients deserve to have caregivers and nurses that are experienced in providing home health services. We don't believe in "on-the-job training." Our caregivers have a strong employment history in caring for seniors and have references from reliable sources including previous clients, health care institutions, and religious and volunteer organizations.
At Gibraltar Home Health we provide a free in-home assessment to better understand the needs of our care recipient and their family. Our team of licensed nurses and home care aides will evaluate your needs and answer any questions or concerns regarding your in-home health care. One of our licensed Registered Nurses will visit you in the comfort of your own home and answer any all questions you may have.
Recovering from a physical or mental illness can be strenuous and require repetitive performance of daily life activities in order to regain normal actions and behaviors. Occupational Therapists help patients regain the skills and the ability to perform the activities of daily living. Our Occupational Therapists will use a holistic approach to help patients accomplish activities important to maintaining independence in their daily lives.
A patient recovering from a sickness or traumatic life event may experience social issues as they reacclimate to their normal way of life.
