We loved working with Joel & Kristine! We decided pretty late in the game that we wanted to have videographers at our wedding, and we're so glad we did ultimately did. They're reasonably priced and their packages included great features (we chose the highlight and documentary videos). Kristine was there with her team on the day of, and she was so kind and patient, even when we ran later than planned. Listen…. From the moment I found them on Instagram I knew I had to have them for my wedding. I never even bothered looking anybody else up for our photography/videography needs. The next time we saw them was the summer of 2019 for my cousin's wedding (the sister of my cousin from 2017). Above and beyond. Amazing work before, during, and after our wedding. Joel and Kristine were very Thorough and worked hard to make sure everything was special and beautifully documented for our wedding. They made sure to capture all of our special request, and provided them in a more perfect form then we could have asked. One of the first vendors we hired when we got engaged in 2019 was our videographer. We found jkapture through a referral from my MOH and we could not have been more pleased with our decision. Joel and Kristine are amazing individuals and they have gone above and beyond for us through our 2020 postponement and finally our 2021 wedding. We had initially booked their bigger package with a photographer and photo booth but ended up downsizing our wedding and they happily accommodated downsizing our package to not include the photo booth and less hours!

The Jkapture team is truly spectacular! First of all, they really take the time to get to know each couple. We appreciated their constant check-ins throughout the pandemic. Their flexibility and understanding were outstanding, especially during and after the postponement of our wedding from 2020 to 2021. Joel and Kristine were absolutely incredible to work with. We had so many obstacles during the course of our wedding planning: Covid, a newborn baby, a 2-day wedding. They were very accommodating, thoughtful, and professional. Most importantly, we felt comfortable with them. As a lot of previous reviews mention, Joel and Kristine are incredibly easy to work with. We met with them nearly a year before our wedding on September 4th, 2020 and we never doubted our decision since they were always so supportive even when we changed essentially the entire event due to current restrictions.
