The team at Perk It ran Ethernet to several rooms in my home, as well as setting up and installing my router, WiFi, SmartThings hub, August lock, and ring doorbell. They reran coaxial cable when old cables didn’t appear to be working, and their attention to detail saved me money, as they were able to help me find other cost effective smart home solutions, and were knowledgeable and informative.

They were okay for our install, but when we first needed assistance because something was down they were impossible to get ahold of. I have been trying for 3 days via phone, email, and going to their physical address and haven't gotten in contact with anyone. We ended up having to hire a different company to come out and hard reset everything so they no longer had the only access to our Ubiquity system.
No one answers the phone, voicemail box is full, and no one responds to emails. Very disappointed.

Zach, Nate, and their team is head and shoulders above any networking/IT company I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish they were a professional outfit. I had them run cat6 ethernet cable throughout my home—no mean feat given that I live in a three story, 114 year old Victorian (no straight walls, mixed drywall and plaster and lathe)! Perk-IT showed up as scheduled, were respectful of my home and belongings, and were kind enough to work with our work and kids’ nap schedule. Zach and his team at Perk-IT came to our home and provided us with the best IT solutions we could have hoped for. We have always struggled with getting good WiFi in our home and reliable connectivity. Zach listened to us and understood our needs and provided us with the best solutions. He didn’t try to over sale us on things we didn’t need. He didn’t try to take advantage of an uninformed consumer like myself who isn’t very IT savvy. Perk-IT did a great job installing two ethernet runs in my finished basement. They came to plan the project within 24 hours of contacting them and were able to do the project the following week. They did a great job fixing the holes they had to cut and even textured the ceiling. They also mounted a shelf to hold my router and filled in some pre-existing holes in the walls for free. Highly recommend.

Work in a music studio with a fairly complicated rig, ( 9 computers on both MAC and PC working as one, with tablets and a ton of music peripherals), and I have had several techs attempt to help me solve my problems over the years. Most of my “music unique” issues stumped the “techs” I was working with, and I was almost going to give up and sell certain pieces of gear when I called Perk-IT. It was almost comical how easily Zach fixed my issues. Perk-IT helped us design, choose equipment, and implement our IT system in our home while it was under construction. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and very thorough in going through the choices and possibilities and helping us make decisions, without pushing any particular solution or component brand, but giving us information and choices, as well as helping us identify what was important to us, and what was not in order to control costs. The result was wonderful. I very glad that we found them and did not try to stumble through this ourselves. I can highly recommend them!
