Jacqueline Salcines, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Lourdes Academy. She then went on to earn a bachelor's degree in accounting, from the University of Miami Business School. Thereafter, Ms. Salcines attended and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1998.

I purchased a home and the seller backed out of our binded contract. I contacted Jacqueline and she gave me the reassurance that the seller cannot do that. I paid her for the demand letter, and when the seller still didn't want to sell, I paid for another demand letter and mediation ( the mediation with the court didn't happen since the seller ended up closing). I had previously asked if the seller will be responsible for the attorney fees since I'm a single mother and did not have extra cash flow for something that was not my fault and was 100% the sellers fault, and she said we can request that
